Depositor Notification of NIM Notes. The Depositor shall notify the Servicer, the Trustee and the Class A Certificate Insurer in writing when NIM Notes are issued with the contact information of the issuer and of the identity and contact information of the NIMs Insurer, if applicable, and when all previously issued NIM Notes are no longer outstanding. The Servicer and the Trustee shall have at least 10 days' notice of the issuance of any NIM Notes.
