Depositor, Special Servicer, Paying Agent and Trustee to Cooperate with Servicer. (a) The Depositor shall provide or cause to be provided to the Servicer, within 10 days after the Closing Date, all information or data that the Servicer reasonably determines to be relevant for tax purposes as to the valuations and Issue Prices of the Certificates, including, without limitation, the price, yield, Prepayment Assumption and projected cash flow of the Certificates.
