Common use of Deposits and Contributions by Parent Clause in Contracts

Deposits and Contributions by Parent. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Parent may, from time to time in its sole discretion, (x) deposit amounts into the Principal Collection Account, and/or (y) transfer Portfolio Investments as equity contributions to the Company. All such amounts will be included in each applicable calculation to the extent provided under this Agreement, including, without limitation, calculation of Market Value, Net Asset Value, the Compliance Condition and Coverage Events.

Deposits and Contributions by Parent. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Parent may, from time to time in its sole discretion, (x) deposit amounts in U.S. dollars into the USD Principal Collection Account, and/or (y) transfer Portfolio Investments approved in writing by the Administrative Agent (in its sole discretion) as equity contributions to the CompanyCompany pursuant to the Sale Agreement. All such amounts will be included in each applicable calculation to the extent provided under this Agreement, including, without limitation, calculation of Market Value, Net Asset Value, the Compliance Condition and Coverage Events.
