Common use of Deposits by Lenders Clause in Contracts

Deposits by Lenders. The Lenders' Representative agrees, confirms and undertakes that the Lenders shall deposit into and/or credit the Escrow Account with all disbursements made by them in relation to or in respect of the Project; provided that notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Escrow Agreement, the Lenders shall be entitled to make direct payments to the EPC contractor under and in accordance with the express provisions contained in this behalf in the Financing Agreements.
