Deposits by Third Parties. (1) If Payment Instruments are deposited to the Account at this office of the Bank by a third party, such Payment Instruments shall be handled in the manner described in Clause 2 hereof. (2) If deposits are made to the Account by a third party through other banking institutions, such deposits shall be handled in the manner described in Clause 3 hereof.
