Common use of Deposits into Escrow Clause in Contracts

Deposits into Escrow. Seller shall make its deposits into escrow in accordance with Section 13. Purchaser shall make its deposits into escrow in accordance with Section 14. The Escrow Company is hereby authorized to close the escrow only if and when: (i) the Escrow Company has received all items to be delivered by Seller and Purchaser into escrow with the Escrow Company pursuant to Sections 13 and 14; and (ii) the Title Company can and will issue the Title Policy concurrently with the Closing.

Deposits into Escrow. Seller shall make its deposits into escrow in accordance with Section 138.2. Purchaser shall make its deposits into escrow in accordance with Section 148.1. The Escrow Title Company is hereby authorized to close the escrow only if and when: (i) the Escrow Title Company has received all items to be delivered by Seller and Purchaser into escrow with the Escrow Company pursuant to Sections 13 and 14Article VIII; and (ii) the Title Company can and will issue the Title Policy concurrently with the ClosingPolicy.

The Escrow Title Company is hereby authorized to close the escrow only if and when: (i) the Escrow Title Company has received all items to be delivered by Seller and Purchaser into escrow with the Escrow Company pursuant to Sections 13 10 and 1411; and (ii) the Title Company can and will issue the Title Policy concurrently with the Closing.

The Escrow Company is hereby authorized to close the escrow only if and when: (i) the Escrow Company has received all items to be delivered by Seller and Purchaser into escrow with the Escrow Company pursuant to Sections 13 SECTIONS 9 and 1410; and (ii) the Title Company can and will issue the Title Policy concurrently with the Closing.

The Escrow Company is hereby authorized to close the escrow only if and when: (i) the Escrow Company has received all items to be delivered by Seller and Purchaser into escrow with the Escrow Company pursuant to Sections 13 11 and 1412; and (ii) the Title Company can and will issue the Title Policy concurrently with the Closing.

Deposits into Escrow. Seller shall make its deposits into escrow in accordance with Section 1310. Purchaser shall make its deposits into escrow in accordance with Section 143 and Section 11. The Escrow Company Agent is hereby authorized to close the escrow only if and when: (i) the Escrow Company Agent has received all items to be delivered by Seller and Purchaser into escrow with the Escrow Company pursuant to Sections 13 10 and 1411; and (ii) the Title Company can and will issue the Title Policy concurrently with the Closing.

Purchaser shall will make its deposits into escrow Escrow in accordance with Section 1412. The Escrow Company Agent is hereby authorized to close the escrow Escrow only if and when: (i) the Escrow Company Agent has received all items to be delivered by Seller and Purchaser into escrow with the Escrow Company pursuant to Sections 13 11 and 1412; and (ii) the Title Company can and will Escrow Agent is irrevocably obligated to issue the Title Policy concurrently with the ClosingPolicy.
