Common use of Deposits into Escrow Clause in Contracts

Deposits into Escrow. Seller shall make its deposits into escrow in accordance with Section 10. Purchaser shall make its deposits into escrow in accordance with Section 11. Title Company is authorized to close the escrow only if and when: (i) Title Company has received all items to be delivered by Seller and Purchaser pursuant to Sections 10 and 11; and (ii) Title Company can and will issue the Title Policy concurrently with the Closing.

Deposits into Escrow. Seller shall make its deposits into escrow in accordance with Section 1013. Purchaser shall make its deposits into escrow in accordance with Section 1114. Title The Escrow Company is hereby authorized to close the escrow only if and when: (i) Title the Escrow Company has received all items to be delivered by Seller and Purchaser into escrow with the Escrow Company pursuant to Sections 10 13 and 1114; and (ii) the Title Company can and will issue the Title Policy concurrently with the Closing.

The Title Company is hereby authorized to close the escrow only if and when: (i) the Title Company has received all items to be delivered by Seller and Purchaser pursuant to Sections 10 and 11Article VIII; and (ii) the Title Company can and will issue the Title Policy concurrently with the ClosingPolicy.

Title Escrow Company is authorized to close the escrow only if and when: (i) Title Escrow Company has received all items to be delivered by Seller and Purchaser pursuant to Sections 10 11 and 1112; and (ii) Title Company can and will issue the Title Policy concurrently with the Closing.

Purchaser Buyer shall make its deposits into escrow in accordance with Section 11SECTION 11.3. Title Company Escrow Agent is authorized to close the escrow only if and when: (i) Title Company Escrow Agent has received all items to be delivered by Seller and Purchaser Buyer pursuant to Sections 10 SECTIONS 11.2 and 1111.3; and (ii) Title Company can and will issue the Title Policy concurrently with the Closing.

Title Escrow Company is authorized to close the escrow only if and when: (i) Title Escrow Company has received all items to be delivered by Seller and Purchaser pursuant to Sections 10 SECTIONS 9 and 1110; and (ii) Title Company can and will issue the Title Policy concurrently with the Closing.
