Common use of Deposits into Escrow Clause in Contracts

Deposits into Escrow. Seller shall make its deposits into escrow in accordance with Section 8.2. Purchaser shall make its deposits into escrow in accordance with Section 8.1. The Title Company is hereby authorized to close the escrow only if and when: (i) the Title Company has received all items to be delivered by Seller and Purchaser pursuant to Article VIII; and (ii) the Title Company can and will issue the Title Policy.

Deposits into Escrow. Seller shall make its deposits into escrow in accordance with Section 8.213. Purchaser shall make its deposits into escrow in accordance with Section 8.114. The Title Escrow Company is hereby authorized to close the escrow only if and when: (i) the Title Escrow Company has received all items to be delivered by Seller and Purchaser into escrow with the Escrow Company pursuant to Article VIIISections 13 and 14; and (ii) the Title Company can and will issue the Title PolicyPolicy concurrently with the Closing.

Deposits into Escrow. Seller shall make its deposits into escrow in accordance with Section 8.210. Purchaser shall make its deposits into escrow in accordance with Section 8.111. The Title Company is hereby authorized to close the escrow only if and when: (i) the Title Company has received all items to be delivered by Seller and Purchaser pursuant to Article VIIISections 10 and 11; and (ii) the Title Company can and will issue the Title PolicyPolicy concurrently with the Closing.

The Title Company Escrow Agent is hereby authorized to close the escrow only if and when: (i) the Title Company Escrow Agent has received all items to be delivered by Seller and Purchaser pursuant to Article VIIISections 10 and 11; and (ii) the Title Company can and will issue the Title PolicyPolicy concurrently with the Closing.

Purchaser Buyer shall make its deposits into escrow in accordance with Section 8.1SECTION 11.3. The Title Company Escrow Agent is hereby authorized to close the escrow only if and when: (i) the Title Company Escrow Agent has received all items to be delivered by Seller and Purchaser Buyer pursuant to Article VIIISECTIONS 11.2 and 11.3; and (ii) the Title Company can and will issue the Title PolicyPolicy concurrently with the Closing.

The Title Escrow Company is hereby authorized to close the escrow only if and when: (i) the Title Escrow Company has received all items to be delivered by Seller and Purchaser pursuant to Article VIIISECTIONS 9 and 10; and (ii) the Title Company can and will issue the Title PolicyPolicy concurrently with the Closing.

The Title Escrow Company is hereby authorized to close the escrow only if and when: (i) the Title Escrow Company has received all items to be delivered by Seller and Purchaser pursuant to Article VIIISections 11 and 12; and (ii) the Title Company can and will issue the Title PolicyPolicy concurrently with the Closing.
