Common use of Deposits of Excess Cash Flow Funds Clause in Contracts

Deposits of Excess Cash Flow Funds. During a Cash Sweep Event Period, Borrower shall deposit with Lender all Excess Cash Flow, which sums shall be held by Lender as additional security for the Loan. Amounts so deposited shall hereinafter be referred to as the “Excess Cash Flow Funds” and the account in which such amounts are held by Lender shall hereinafter be referred to as the “Excess Cash Flow Account.”
