Common use of DEPOSITS OF MONIES RECEIVED Clause in Contracts

DEPOSITS OF MONIES RECEIVED. The Manager shall deposit daily into accounts of the Company maintained for that purpose all monies received by the Manager for the Company. When a Manager is the agent for the risk, all premium will be deposited, in accordance with the terms of any relevant Agency Agreement. All premiums collected by the Manager shall be held in trust segregated by the Company and held in a fiduciary capacity.
