Deposits of Riot Games Recourse Reserve Funds. Pursuant to Section 5.1.30 and, if applicable, Section 2.7.2(b), amounts may be deposited with Lender on or after April 1, 2023 with respect to a Guarantor Downgrade. All such amounts so deposited shall hereinafter be referred to as the “Riot Games Recourse Reserve Funds” and the account to which such amounts are held shall hereinafter be referred to as the “Riot Games Recourse Reserve Account”.
