Deposits to and Disbursements from the Controlled Account. All deposits to and disbursements of all or any portion of the deposits to the Controlled Account shall be in accordance with this Agreement and the Controlled Account Agreement. The Borrower shall pay any and all fees charged by Depository Bank in connection with the maintenance of the Controlled Account required to be established by or for it hereunder, and the performance of the Depository Bank’s duties.
