Common use of Deposits to Special Accounts Clause in Contracts

Deposits to Special Accounts. On or prior to the Account Transition Deadline, except as otherwise contemplated by the Intercreditor Agreement, the Borrower will not deposit or otherwise credit, or cause to be so deposited or credited, to the Concentration Account cash or cash proceeds other than Available Collections in respect of the Collateral Portfolio. After the Account Transition Deadline, the Borrower will not deposit or otherwise credit, or cause to be so deposited or credited, to the Collection Account cash or cash proceeds other than Available Collections in respect of the Collateral Portfolio.
