Deposits to Special Accounts. Neither Servicer nor Seller will deposit or otherwise credit, or cause or permit to be so deposited or credited, to any Lockbox or Lockbox Account cash or cash proceeds (including, without limitation, proceeds of any Reconveyed Receivable or other receivable of Seller, any Originator or any other Person) other than Collections of Pool Receivables.
