Deposits. The Custodian may hold cash in Accounts or may arrange to have such cash held by a Foreign Custodian. Where cash is on deposit with the Foreign Custodian, it will be subject to the terms of this Agreement and such deposit terms and conditions as may be issued by the Foreign Custodian from time to time, including rates of interest and deposit account access.
