Common use of Deposits Clause in Contracts

Deposits. The Custodian may hold cash in Accounts or may arrange to have cash held by a BNY Mellon Affiliate or Subcustodian, or with a Depository or Foreign Depository. Where cash is on deposit with the Custodian, a Subcustodian or a BNY Mellon Affiliate, it will be subject to the terms of this Agreement and such deposit terms and conditions as may be issued by the Custodian or a BNY Mellon Affiliate or Subcustodian, to the extent applicable, from time to time, including rates of interest and deposit account access.

Deposits. The Custodian may hold cash in Accounts or may arrange to have such cash held by a BNY Mellon Affiliate or Affiliate, Subcustodian, or with a Depository or Foreign Depository. Where cash is on deposit with the Custodian, a Subcustodian Subcustodian, or a BNY Mellon Affiliate, it will be subject to the terms of this Agreement and such deposit terms and conditions as may be issued by the Custodian or a BNY Mellon Affiliate or a Subcustodian, to the extent applicable, from time to time, including rates of interest and deposit account access.

The Custodian may hold cash Cash in Accounts the Cash Accounts, Distribution Account or, where required under applicable local law, rule or may practices, arrange to have cash Cash directly held by a BNY Mellon Affiliate or Subcustodian, or with a Depository or Foreign Depository. Where cash Cash is on deposit with the Custodian, a Subcustodian Custodian or a BNY Mellon Affiliate, it will be subject to the terms of this Agreement Agreement. Interest will be paid or charged on sterling cash balances in the Cash Account or Distribution Account at the rate agreed between the Security Provider and such deposit terms and conditions as may be issued by the Custodian or a BNY Mellon Affiliate or Subcustodian, to the extent applicable, from time to time, including rates of interest and deposit account accessset out in Schedule G hereto.

Where cash is on deposit with the Custodian, a Subcustodian or a BNY Mellon Affiliate, it will be subject to the terms of this Agreement and such deposit terms and conditions as may be issued by the Custodian or a BNY Mellon Affiliate or Subcustodian, to the extent applicable, from time to time, including rates of interest and deposit account access.
