Common use of Deregistration Clause in Contracts

Deregistration. If an Event of Default occurs, Lessor may sell or otherwise deal with the Aircraft as if this Agreement had never been made and Lessee will at the request of Lessor take all steps necessary to effect (if applicable) deregistration of the Aircraft and its export from the country where the Aircraft is for the time being situated and any other steps necessary to enable the Aircraft to be redelivered to Lessor in accordance with this Agreement.
