Derivative Molecule IP Sample Clauses

Derivative Molecule IP. As between the Parties, Plexxikon shall own all Derivative Molecules and all intellectual property rights therein (“Derivative Molecule IP”). Licensee hereby assigns to Plexxikon all of Licensee’s right, title and interest in, to and under Derivative Molecule IP. Licensee shall notify Plexxikon in writing promptly, but no later than thirty (30) days after, the conception or reduction to practice of any Derivative Molecule IP (“Derivative Molecule IP Notice”).
