Dermatological Services Clause Samples
The Dermatological Services clause defines the scope and terms under which dermatological care is provided within an agreement. It typically outlines the types of skin-related medical services covered, such as consultations, diagnostic procedures, and treatments for various skin conditions. This clause may also specify any limitations, exclusions, or requirements for referrals to specialists. Its core function is to clearly delineate the responsibilities and coverage related to dermatological care, ensuring both parties understand what services are included and reducing the risk of disputes over medical service provision.
