Common use of Description and Purpose Clause in Contracts

Description and Purpose. Teachers who have served a minimum of five (5) years in the District may participate in a Teacher Exchange Program with other school districts and educational agencies. The intent of the program is to provide an opportunity for teachers to work in another educational frame of reference in order to gain different insights into instructional patterns, schedules, facilities, students and cultural environments. It is to be expected that the school district or agency with which the exchange is made gains in similar fashion.
