Description of Articulation Program a. Articulation Criteria and Articulation Benefits are defined on Attachment A. b. The CC students who meet the Articulation Criteria will be eligible for the Articulation Benefits; provided that this Agreement does not and is not intended to confer any rights or remedies upon any party other than the College and the CC. c. This Agreement is not exclusive, and either party may enter into similar agreements with any other party.
