Description of Basic Services. BASIC SERVICES (GENERAL)
Description of Basic Services. When authorized in writing by the OWNER'S authorized representative, the ENGINEER shall:
(a) Furnish engineering, architectural, and planning services as may be needed by the OWNER for improvements to be let by Contract or by force account. Such services may include, but shall not be limited to, conducting studies and preparing maps, reports, profiles, layouts, drawings, grades, specifications, and cost estimates.
(b) Assist the OWNER in obtaining and evaluating bids or negotiating proposals and preparing construction contracts.
(c) Consult with and advise the OWNER as to the acceptability of contractors and other persons and organizations proposed by the construction contract for those portions of construction work as to which such acceptability is required by bidding documents.
(d) During the construction phase of any improvement:
(i) Make periodic visits to the construction site to observe the progress and quality of the executed work, and report its findings and recommendations to the OWNER as to whether the construction work is proceeding in accordance with the contract documents. It will not be required to make exhaustive or continuous on-site inspections to check the quality of quantity of work. It will not be responsible for the construction means, methods, techniques, sequences, or procedures, or the safety precautions and programs incidental thereto. Its efforts will be directed towards providing assurance for the OWNER that the completed construction project will conform to the requirements of the contract documents, but it will not be responsible for the failure of Contractors to perform the construction work in accordance with the contract documents. During such visits, on the basis of its on-site inspection and observation as an experienced and qualified design professional, it will keep the OWNER informed of the progress of the work and endeavor to guard the OWNER against defects and deficiencies in the work of the Contractor.
(ii) Review shop drawings, diagrams, illustrations, brochures, catalog data, schedules and samples, results of tests and inspections and other data which any Contractor is required to submit and advise the OWNER as to conformance with the design concept of the project and compliance with the information given in the contract documents. Description of Basic Services. Client authorizes Consultant to perform the below listed ser- vices (“Basic Services”):
a) On-site consulting a minimum of 2 days each week of each month to include re- sponse to the public, response to the council and clerk treasurer, response to the staff, ordinance review, comprehensive plan review, municipal administrative strategic plan review and development, process controls (SOPs) review.
b) Develop a list of administrative process controls (SOPs)
c) Attend and organize a minimum of 3 meetings per month (Town Board/Council, RDC, Plan Commission, BZA, Park Board, etc). Meeting to be designated by the Client.
d) If needed, assist client with meeting preparation including the completion of an interactive agenda, ordinance and resolution preparation assistance.
e) Assist the Planning commission/staff
f) Daily monitoring and response for an info@ or Management@ email address pro- vided by the Client.
g) Daily monitoring and response for a designated municipal phone number/voicemail account provided by the Client.
h) Assist with daily monitoring and management of the Clients current website.
i) Planning and Zoning assistance including Comprehensive plan review and facilita- tion, and XXX review and assessment.
j) Public Outreach programs including branding and community development plan- ning.
k) Advise Client on the engagement of new contractors, consultants and vendors
l) Assist Client on the administration and enforcement of ordinances and codes
m) Assist Client in the review and assessment of various policies and codes
n) Assist the client with the day to day operations of the municipal utility and the ad- ministration of the Utility Service Board.
o) Assist Client with a cursory infrastructure review including water, wastewater and storm water infrastructure, pedestrian infrastructure and highway infrastructure.
p) Assist the client with staff organization and direction.
a) Assess existing economic develop plans.
b) Provide consultation on best practices to implement economic development strategy.
c) Provide consultation on the creation and adoption of best practice economic de- velopment policy.
d) Provide consultation on TIF, SID and other economic development tools.
Description of Basic Services. Date: Parent/ Guardian Initials: AmeriMont Academy is a licensed, educational childcare facility that is open Monday through Friday from 6:00am-6:30pm. Our program consists of an enriched Montessori preschool through kindergarten environment. The school will be closed in recognition of various holidays throughout the school year as listed in the school calendar which is provided in the parent handbook. The school calendar is also available on the AmeriMont Academy website at xxxxxxxxx.xxx or xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx and is posted annually. Although the dates are not expected to change, AmeriMont Academy reserves the right to make changes at any time.
Description of Basic Services. A. Pre-Evaluation and Data Selection
a. Develop with the RPL, the program requirements and outline in a program statement. Confirm financial and time requirements, and scope of the Project.
b. Review service roles, organizational structure and operations of the RPL branch libraries based on documents and reports provided by the RPL.
c. Compile demographic data and library usage data, and recommend a formula- based allocation with potential weighting for library need and size indexing.
d. Evaluate, based on RPL feedback, appropriate community resource asset listings to be included in a city-wide mapping of library service areas.
e. Develop peer analysis of up to ten (10) Unites States libraries most similar to the RPL to develop a comparison grouping for current branch library size (square footage) per capita and per service area.
f. Review proposed library need/size index, peer libraries and community resource map selections with RPL representatives for approval.

(i) Monthly Economic Development Consulting including strategic plan review, RDC administration, TIF review, bond review, RDC budget.
(j) Advise and assist in the preparation of annual budget and reports.
(k) Advise Client on the engagement of new contractors, consultants and vendors
(l) Assist Client on the administration and enforcement of ordinances and codes
(m) Assist Client in the review and assessment of various policies and codes
(n) Inform Client on federal or state grants of any nature that may be available for various projects and assist the Client in the preparation of applications and supporting documents for governmental grants, loans, or advances.
(o) Assist Client with a cursory infrastructure review including water, wastewater and storm water infrastructure, pedestrian infrastructure and highway infrastructure.
Description of Basic Services. This Agreement begins on the date as noted on page one (1) of this Agreement. The Contractor will provide the following services to the Subscriber:
1.1 Outreach and recruitment support, application intake processing, and administration of pre-employment written examinations and/or physical ability tests for those positions noted on Page One (1) of this Agreement.
1.1.1 Written examinations are administered in-person at Contractor’s test events, including those conducted by Subscribing agencies; remotely through a network of certified college testing facilities; and, through the Contractor’s online, virtual in-home testing program.
1.1.2 Physical ability tests for law enforcement and corrections applicants are administered at Contractor’s test events, including those conducted by Subscribing agencies, through a network of partner gym and fitness facilities, and through the Contractor’s online, virtual in-home testing program (V-PAT).
1.2 Report to the Subscriber the scores of applicants, with all information necessary for the Subscriber to place passing applicants upon its eligibility list and rank them relative to other candidates on appropriately constituted continuous testing eligibility lists. Contractor will report “raw” test scores to the Subscriber – no preference points will be factored into applicant scores and it is the Subscriber’s responsibility to factor veteran’s preference points in accordance with applicable federal and state laws. Written examination scores will be reported to the Subscriber as a percentage score (based on 100%) and physical ability test scores will be reported as “Pass” or “Fail”. The passing score for written examinations is set by the test developer at 70%.
1.3 Appear in any administrative or civil service proceeding in order to testify to and provide any and all necessary information to document the validity of the testing process, to participate in the defense of any testing process conducted by the Contractor pursuant to this Agreement and to otherwise provide any information necessary to the Subscriber to evaluate challenges to or appeals from the testing process. The Contractor shall appear without additional charge. The Subscriber shall pay the reasonable cost of travel and appearance for any expert witness deemed necessary by the Subscriber to validate the testing process, including but not limited to, representatives of any company which holds the copyright to any testing material and whose testimony or appearanc...

Description of Basic Services. § 4.1.2.1 Insert a description of any Basic Service designated in Section 4.1.1 if further description is needed (none if none are listed).
§ 4.1.2.1.1 After the last Bid Package has been released, the Architect shall assemble a complete, single set of Construction Documents which shall incorporate the drawings, specifications and Addenda for all of the various Bid Packages issued during the Bidding or Negotiation Phase. All documents shall be made current as of the date of issuance of the Conformance Set. An electronic copy of the Conformance Set shall be provided to the Owner and Construction Manager for distribution. The Architect shall provide any hard copies requested by the Owner in the size and quantity requested.
§ 4.1.2.1.2 The Architect shall compile and deliver to the Owner Record Documents which reflect the marked-up drawings and other data furnished to the Architect by the Construction Manager. The Documents shall be in the form of a set of prints and electronic CAD and pdf files on a USB flash drive.
