Description of Data Structuring Services. If Client provides Data Updates to Tempus, Tempus will extract data elements from the records, organize those data elements into a structured format, and make the structured data available through the Software. Tempus will treat all protected health information received under this Section 4 in accordance with the terms of the BAA, if any. Client retains ownership of any protected health information provided to Tempus hereunder.
