Description of Equipment Subject to Lease Agreement a. All equipment identified on schedules attached hereto as Exhibit A, and by this reference incorporated herein, is subject to this Lease. Said schedule of items includes the agreed upon amortization schedule of each equipment item over the period of the estimated useful life of equipment of that type. Equipment items may be added to and retired from the schedules of Exhibit A during the term of the Agreement, provided that the amortization schedule of each equipment item retired from or added to said schedules is amended to reflect that an item has been retired or added.

As used in subparagraphs (a) and (b) above, the "worth at the time of award" is computed by allowing interest at the maximum lawful rate. As used in subparagraph (c) above, the "worth at the time of award" is computed by discounting such amount at the discount rate of the Federal Reserve Bank situated nearest to the location of the Shopping Center at the time of award plus one percent (1%).
