Description of Fixtures. Fixtures" shall include all articles of personal property now or hereafter attached to, placed upon for an indefinite term or used in connection with said real property, appurtenances and improvements together with all goods and other property which are or at any time become so related to the Property that an interest in them arises under real estate law.
