DESCRIPTION OF GPCR PROGRAM. 2.1 The grant provided herein funds in part the GPCR Program as described in that certain proposal entitled, “Drug Discovery for Orphan G Protein-Coupled Receptors”, electronically received by Grantor from Grantee on September 1, 2010, and having Grantor’s reference number 4580719, which is attached hereto as Exhibit F. Such proposal is not incorporated by reference herein, and except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, nothing in such proposal shall be binding on Grantee hereunder.
