Description of Membership Interests. The (a) identity of all of the Members and the Membership Interests held by each, and (b) amount of cash and a description and statement of the agreed value of any other property or services contributed for each Membership Interest are as reflected on Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, which shall be promptly amended as necessary to reflect any changes in such information.
