Description of Program. Evaluation Continued Consultation items: May 2015 - June 2016 The evaluation of the program will occur in two ways. To determine annual progress and program effectiveness, the district will analyze the student performance on approved pre- and post-assessments. The level of growth will be determined and reviewed by both the private school and public school officials. Parent, teacher and/or student surveys will be administered to determine the perceived impact. The surveys will be conducted at the close of the 2015-2016 SY. Results of the surveys will be shared with all parties.
