Description of Real Estate. Providing Purchaser shall first make the payments hereinafter set forth and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on the part of Purchaser to be made and performed, Seller hereby COVENANTS and AGREES to convey and assure to Purchaser or to Purchaser’s nominee, in fee simple, the parcel of real estate legally described on the attached “EXHIBIT A” which is made a part hereof by this reference (which parcel of Real Estate is hereinafter referred to as “Real Estate”).
