Common use of Description of Technical Assistance Clause in Contracts

Description of Technical Assistance. The objective of the Technical Assistance is to facilitate the preparation of a public finance management project, which would assist the authorities to design and develop pilot processes, procedures, systems, related regulations and training programs for: (a) budget preparation; (b) treasury operations; and (c) debt management. The Technical Assistance consists of the following activities, subject to such modification thereof as the Recipient and the Administrator may agree upon from time to time to achieve the objectives. Part A: Technical Assistance for Budget Preparation

Description of Technical Assistance. The objective of the Technical Assistance is to facilitate the preparation of a public finance management project, land registration and agriculture sector adjustment project capable of being financed by the Administrator which would assist support the authorities to design and develop pilot processes, procedures, systems, related regulations and training programs forgrowth of a market-based agricultural system through: (ai) budget preparationprovision of balance of payment support; (bii) treasury operationsimplementation of a national land and real estate registration system; and (ciii) debt management. The Technical Assistance consists development of the following activities, subject to such modification thereof as the Recipient an agricultural market information system and the Administrator may agree upon from time to time to achieve the objectives.
