Descriptive Headings and Governing Law. The descriptive headings of the several paragraphs of this Warrant are inserted for convenience only and do not constitute a part of this Warrant. This Warrant shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, and the rights of the parties shall be governed by, the law of such State.
