Design and Comprehensiveness. The Company has or will develop compliance policies and procedures reasonably designed to prevent antitrust violations. The policies and procedures should be integrated into the Company’s business practices and reinforced through appropriate internal controls specifically tailored to the Company’s business. The Company shall notify all employees that compliance with the policies and procedures is the duty of individuals at all levels of the Company.
