Design and Construction Engineering Clause Samples

Design and Construction Engineering. The engineering amounts shown on the Preliminary Schedule I and the Revised Schedule I will be estimated at 10% of the sum of the total County proportionate construction participation, contingency, and mobilization amounts. Final engineering participation amounts will be based on actual amounts and will be shared by each party in the same proportion as their total final construction and amounts covered under this Agreement is to the total contract construction amount. The County will be responsible for the proportionate engineering amount shown on the Final Schedule I.
