DESIGN BUDGET DEVELOPMENT. APM will review the Design-Builder’s Project Budget/Estimates at the end of each of their Design Phases or Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents. APM’s goal is to ensure alignment with Design-Builders Budget Estimates with ▇▇▇▇▇▇ County’s Project Budgets. APM, along with ▇▇▇▇▇▇ County Staff, will review and evaluate Designs to ensure for best operational and programmatic fit. All related decisions will be made in coordination with the Owner with the technical assistance of APM.
