Design Build Entity shall review and evaluate the programming and Performance Criteria of the Project and perform full design and engineering services necessary to complete the Design Work. All structural calculations required for the Project shall be performed by a structural engineer licensed in the State of California. All Deliverables, including, without limitation, Design Materials, submitted to Judicial Council must provide information customarily necessary in documents for projects of similar type, size, complexity, and scope, and permittable by Authorities Having Jurisdiction. Design Build Entity shall specify all tests and inspections that are required by the Applicable Code Requirements, Performance Criteria Documents, Contract Documents, and those that are necessary to Complete the Project consistent with the requirements of the Contract Documents.
