Design Professional’s Insurance Primary. The Design Professional’s required insurance will apply on a primary basis. Any insurance maintained by the Owner will be excess and will not contribute to the insurance provided by or on behalf of the Design Professional. All policies will be endorsed so that Florida law will govern the interpretation of the policy including but not limited to Part II of Chapter 627 F.S.
