Design Review Procedure. Within one hundred and [•] ([•]) days after the Effective Date, the Project Company shall submit the Detailed Design, compliant with the Design and Construction Standards and all the Performance Standards, to the Independent Expert for its review and observations, if any, and subsequent approval for commencement of the Works. Upon receipt of the Detailed Design, the Independent Expert may within fifteen (15) Business Days of such receipt, convey its observations, if any to the Project Company. The Independent Expert’s comments to such Detailed Design shall be limited to non-compliance of such design with the Design and Construction Standards, Performance Standards and the Project Company’s Construction Plan.
