Design Within Budget Constraints. Artist shall be responsible for providing services described in EXHIBIT A including, but not limited to, the quality and timely completion of the services. Artist shall be responsible for developing the Artwork Design so that the Artwork can be constructed without exceeding the total budget as defined in Section 15.1 for the Artwork. Artist shall, without additional compensation, correct or revise any errors, omissions, or other deficiencies in Artist’s work.
