Common use of Designated Agency Clause in Contracts

Designated Agency. □ Affiliate Agent(s) of represents the Seller/Lessor and another Affiliate Agent(s) in the same Brokerage Company represents the Buyer/Lessee. The Principal Xxxxxx and managers will be “dual agents,” which is explained in the Kentucky Real Estate Commission's A Guide to Agency Relationships. As dual agents, they will remain loyal to both parties in the transaction, and they will protect all parties’ confidential information;
