Designated Assets Collateral. Those assets identified in Sections 1(i), (ii) and 3 of Schedule 4.2.2.; provided, however, that the assets identified in clause (ii) of Section 2 of Schedule 4.2.2 shall constitute Designated Assets Collateral only from and after such time as CHC directly or indirectly owns all of the Capital Stock of Blizzard.
