Common use of Designated Entity Letter of Credit Clause in Contracts

Designated Entity Letter of Credit. Designated Entity Letter of Credit shall mean the letter of credit provided by the Designated Entity pursuant to Section 1.5.8(j) of Schedule 6 of the Operating Agreement and Section 3.0 of this Agreement as security associated with the Project.
