Designated Environment. “Designated Environment” means the then-current combination of other computer programs and hardware equipment specified for use with the Products as identified by CSG on Schedule D, as such Schedule D may be updated by CSG from time to time in its reasonable discretion; provided, however, that each Customer will receive six (6) months prior written notice for any changes to the hardware and/or software that each Customer or a Subscriber is required to maintain in order to use or access any of the Products or Services, except for changes in (a) the operating system, or (b) in CSG’s Products or Services which are solely under CSG’s control, in which case CSG shall give Customers no less than nine (9) months prior notice. Notwithstanding the above, CSG shall have no obligation to give prior notice to Customers of changes to the Designated Environment that do not require Customers or their Subscribers to upgrade its computer programs or hardware equipment unless such changes would necessitate training of Customers’ customer service representatives, in which case at least 90 day’s notice shall be given to Customers. Subject to the foregoing sentences, each Customer may use the Products only in the Designated Environment and will be solely responsible for upgrading the Designated Environment to the specifications that CSG may provide from time to time in accordance with this Section 2.4. If a Customer fails to do so or otherwise uses the Products outside the Designated Environment, CSG will have no obligation to continue maintaining and supporting the Products. Upon request by a Customer, CSG shall certify (at such Customer’s expense) that such Customer is in compliance with the Designated Environment and upon inspection, shall notify Customer of any non-compliance prior to the commencement of CSG’s obligations under this Agreement, including its obligations to maintain and support the Products. Any other use or transfer of the Products outside of the Designated Environment will require CSG’s prior approval not to be unreasonably withheld, which may be subject to additional charges. CSG will not have any responsibility or liability in connection with malfunctions or any damage resulting from any modification to the Products not authorized by CSG or any use of the Products in connection with software or hardware not included in a Designated Environment.
Designated Environment. Designated Environment" means the combination of the other computer programs and hardware equipment CSG specified for use with the CCS Products as set forth in Exhibit C-2, or otherwise approved by CSG in writing for Customer's use with the CCS Products at the system sites set forth on Exhibit C-1 (the "System Locations"). Customer may use the CCS Products only in the Designated Environment and will be solely responsible for upgrading the Designated Environment to the specifications that CSG may provide from time to time. If Customer fails to do so, CSG will have no obligation to continue maintaining and supporting the CCS Products. CSG shall certify the Designated Environment prior to the commencement of CSG's obligations under this Schedule C, including its obligations to maintain and support the CCS Products. Any other use or transfer of the CCS Products will require CSG's prior approval, which may be subject to additional charges.
Designated Environment. Any other use or transfer of the Care Express Services outside of the Designated Environment for Care Express Services by Customer will require CSG’s prior approval, which may be subject to additional charges but shall not be unreasonably withheld. Exhibit C-4(a) Care Express is an Internet product with four separate modules, which include features and functions for: Electronic Xxxx Presentment and Payment (Module A), Self-Care/Account Management/Subscriber Acquisition (Module B).Consolidator Services (Module C) and Payment Kiosk (Module E). For the fees provided in Schedule F, these modules may be implemented in conjunction with one another or as separate entities. The features and functions within each of these modules are managed through the Administration Module. Designated Environment. Customer may use CSG.web only in the Designated Environment and will be solely responsible for upgrading the Designated Environment to the specifications that CSG may provide from time to time. If Customer fails to do so, CSG will have no obligation to continue maintaining and supporting CSG.web. CSG shall certify the Designated Environment prior to the commencement of CSG's obligations under this Schedule L. Unless CSG has ---------- certified the Designated Environment, CSG shall have no obligation to perform under this Schedule L, including no obligation to maintain and support CSG.web. ---------- Any other use of CSG.web will require CSG's prior approval, and may be subject to additional charges. If Customer uses CSG.web via the Facilities Management Services described in Exhibit L-1 and as a result CSG does not provide Customer with any Software, the foregoing provisions regarding the Designated Environment will not be applicable.
Designated Environment. Current designated environment (“DEG”) requirements for Statement Express API Service consist of Adobe Acrobat Reader version 7.0 or higher (Requires Plug-ins) and either Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher or an industry-standard browser. Statement Express DEG requirement as used in conjunction with ACSR are set forth in the Billing Agreement.
Designated Environment. “Designated Environment,” means the current combination of other computer programs and hardware equipment that CSG specifies for use with the Products and Services as set forth and updated from time to time on CSG’s customer extranet website (*************************) (the “Designated Environment Guide”). CSG shall communicate any updates made to the customer extranet website for the Designated Environment to Customer. Customer (or any third parties permitted in accordance with Section 11 below) will use commercially reasonable efforts to keep their hardware and software in conformance with the Designated Environment specifications that CSG may provide from time to time in accordance with this Section 7. CSG will be solely responsible for upgrading the server portion of the Designated Environment to the certified specifications that CSG provides. If Customer alters the client portion of the Designated Environment, CSG will have no obligation to continue maintaining and supporting the CSG Workforce Express Products. CSG shall certify the Designated Environment prior to the commencement of CSG's obligations under this Schedule Q, including its obligations to ---------- maintain and support the CSG Workforce Express Products. Any other use or transfer of the CSG Workforce Express Products will require CSG's prior approval, which may be subject to additional charges.

ESP statement format development for Iowa and California and Texas projects . circuit sizing recommendations (via phone) for non-CSG rendered services . UNIX/mainframe parameter setup . pre-implementation support of operational concerns . on-site ESP requirements gathering and training (at CSG facility) . guide interface development . CCS account creation . development of auto registration . up to fifty (50) hours of process consulting
2. System Sites: Select System Sites in Iowa, Texas and California:*

Customer may use the Products only in the Designated Environment and will be solely responsible for upgrading the Designated Environment to the specifications that CSG may provide from time to time. If Customer fails to do so or otherwise uses the Products outside the certified Designated Environment, CSG will have no obligation to continue maintaining and supporting the Products. As a condition to and upon execution of this Agreement, CSG shall certify the Designated Environment prior to the commencement of either party’s obligations under this Agreement, including CSG’s obligations to maintain and support the Products, which certification shall be consistent with the terms of this Agreement and not unreasonably withheld. Any other use or transfer of the Products will require CSG’s prior approval, which may be subject to additional charges. CSG will not have any responsibility or liability in connection with malfunctions or any damage resulting from any modification to the Products not authorized by CSG or any use of the Products in connection with software or hardware not included in a certified Designated Environment.
Designated Environment. In addition to the Designated Environment for each of the Required Products as set forth in the respective Schedules, Customer is required to use the hardware and software set forth in Exhibit X-2 (the "Aggregator Designated Environment"). Customer may use the Aggregator Express Product only in the Aggregator Designated Environment and will be solely responsible for upgrading the Aggregator Designated Environment to the specifications that CSG may provide from time to time. In the event that the Aggregator Designated Environment is inadequate to permit the required products to operate in accordance with their express performance warranties on the date of delivery hereunder, CSG agrees that it shall be responsible for the hardware costs associated with upgrading the Aggregator Designated Environment such that it complies with this representation .
