Designated Equipment Sample Clauses
The Designated Equipment clause identifies specific equipment that is subject to the terms of the contract. It typically lists or describes the machinery, devices, or systems that are covered, ensuring both parties are clear about which items are included. This clause is essential for preventing disputes by clearly defining the scope of equipment involved, thereby ensuring that responsibilities, warranties, and obligations apply only to the agreed-upon items.
