Common use of Designated Funding Offices Clause in Contracts

Designated Funding Offices. Each Lender at its option may make any Advance or otherwise perform its obligations hereunder through any funding office (each, a “Designated Funding Office”); provided that any exercise of such option shall not affect the obligation of the Borrower to turn over Collections in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Any Designated Funding Office shall be considered part of the applicable Lender; provided that such provisions that would be applicable with respect to the Advances actually provided by an Affiliate or branch of such Lender shall apply to such Affiliate or branch of such Lender to the same extent as such Lender.
