Common use of Designated Obligations Clause in Contracts

Designated Obligations. all Obligations of the Borrowers with respect to (a) principal and interest under the U.S. Revolver Loans, U.K. Revolver Loans, Canadian Revolver Loans, Overadvance Loans and Protective Advances, (b) unreimbursed drawings under Letters of Credit and interest thereon, and (c) fees under Sections 3.2.1, 3.2.2(a), 3.2.3(a), and 3.2.4(a).

Designated Obligations. all Obligations of the Borrowers with respect to (a) principal and interest under the U.S. Revolver Loans, U.K. Revolver Loans, Canadian Revolver Loans, Overadvance Loans and Protective Advances, (b) unreimbursed drawings under Letters of Credit and interest thereon, and (c) fees under Sections 3.2.1, 3.2.1 and 3.2.2(a), 3.2.3(a), and 3.2.4(a).
