Designated Site. The term “Designated Site” means the facility specified in Schedule 3 to this SWLA.
Designated Site. USi shall provide Services from: (a) the Designated Site; or (b) with SiebelNet's permission, another site, on a temporary basis when the Designated Site is unavailable (such other site to be considered a Designated Site for purposes of this Agreement).
Designated Site. AT&T may Use the Standard Software at [***] locations where AT&T and AT&T Affiliates conduct business activities unless the License Order limits such Use to a Designated Site. If AT&T moves the work operations previously performed at a Designated Site to a new location, then, if the applicable License Order limits Use to the Designated Site, AT&T may nevertheless transfer the license to the new location, which shall thereupon become the new Designated Site in place of the location that was formerly the Designated Site and, during a reasonable transition period, not to exceed [***], AT&T may Use the Standard Software at both locations. Users and Permitted Third Parties may access the Standard Software from locations other than the Designated Site. AT&T may maintain backup and archival copies of the Software at a location other than the Designated Site. AT&T may conduct Acceptance Tests at a location other than the Designated Site. If a License Order identifies both a Designated Site and a Designated System, the license granted under the License Order shall be a Designated System license and not a Designated Site license. In such a case, the information concerning the Designated Site shall be deemed to be included only for the purpose of identifying the location of the Designated System at the time of Delivery.

Designated Site. Lessee shall develop a public relations and communications plan that explains the designation of the Premises as a “Designated Site” (as defined in the Xxxxxxxx Development Agreement), and the planned redevelopment of the Premises. Lessee shall submit such plan to Lessor for pre-approval, and Lessor shall either approve or disapprove such plan within ten (10) business days after receipt, which approval will not be unreasonably withheld. If Lessor disapproves such plan, Lessor shall provide reasonably detailed comments regarding any Lessor-required modifications, and Lessee shall resubmit modified plans to Lessor for approval or disapproval pursuant to this Section until approved by Lessor. Within ten (10) business days after Lessor has approved such plans, Lessor shall notify City that it has designated the Premises as a Designated Site. Such designation shall not be revoked by Lessor except as provided in Section 5.6 below.
Designated Site. The support services provided by PTML or its ---------------- designated Subsidiary or Affiliate will be provided to a single site of Atlantic to be designated by written notice from Atlantic to PTML. The location of the designated site may be changed by 14 days prior notice in writing from Atlantic to PTML.

In the event of a termination for cause by USWD, the Delivery Date shall be no more than thirty (30) days after such termination. Licensor will deliver two (2) copies of the production version of the Licensed Software as it exists as of fourteen (14) days prior to the Delivery Date and will install one (1) copy at the Designated Site promptly but no later than fourteen (14) business days after the Delivery Date.
