Designated Target Clause Samples
The Designated Target clause identifies a specific individual, entity, or asset that is the focus of certain rights, obligations, or actions within an agreement. In practice, this clause is used to clearly specify who or what is subject to particular terms, such as a company being acquired, a product being delivered, or a party receiving confidential information. By precisely defining the target, the clause eliminates ambiguity and ensures that all parties understand the scope and application of the relevant contractual provisions.
