Designation Date Sample Clauses

The Designation Date clause establishes a specific date on which certain rights, obligations, or statuses under the agreement become effective or are formally recognized. In practice, this clause might be used to set the date when a party is officially appointed to a role, when a particular asset is transferred, or when a contractual milestone is reached.
