Designation for Authorized Instructions. Pentegra shall furnish the Trustee with a written list of the names, signatures and extent of authority of all persons authorized to act on behalf of Pentegra. The Trustee shall be entitled to rely on and shall be fully protected in acting upon direction reasonably believed by it to be from an authorized party (or omitting to act in the absence of direction) until notified in writing by Pentegra, of a change in the identity of an authorized party. Directions of an authorized party shall be governed by Section 3.2 of this Agreement.
