Common use of Designation of Administrative Liaison Officer Clause in Contracts

Designation of Administrative Liaison Officer. The Administrative Liaison Officer selected pursuant to section B 1 (d) (2) of this Agreement is hereby designated as the administrative agent of the Board of Chosen Freeholders for purposes of compliance with statutory and regulatory responsibilities. He shall be accountable to the Board of Chosen Freeholders, and for this purpose shall be subject to the supervision of the Board.
