Common use of Designation of Affiliates for Foreign Currency Loans Clause in Contracts

Designation of Affiliates for Foreign Currency Loans. The Administrative Agent shall be permitted from time to time to designate one of its Affiliates to perform the duties to be performed by the Administrative Agent hereunder with respect to Loans and Borrowings denominated in Foreign Currencies and Foreign Currency Letters of Credit. The provisions of this Article VIII shall apply to any such Affiliate mutatis mutandis.
